Incorporation of VC Engineering
VC Engineering was incorporated and began providing project management services, operating from a rented office in Penang.
Expansion of Capabilities
VC Engineering registered as a CIDB G4 contractor, expanding its service portfolio to include cleanroom construction and facility services for projects up to RM3 million.
Major Upgrades & Overseas Breakthrough
VC Engineering achieved CIDB G7 status, secured its first overseas project in Indonesia, and delivered EPCC projects for the food, beverage, and automotive industries.
Maytech Joins the Group
Maytech joined the group as a supplier and manufacturer of cleanroom equipment and EPU sandwich panels, completed its first pharmaceutical project, and opened an office in Subang Jaya.
Growth in EPCC Projects
The group expanded its end-user industry coverage and delivered its first EPCC cleanroom project for a palm oil processing plant.
Manufacturing Footprint Expansion
The group acquired a 42,754 sq. ft. land in Mantin, Negeri Sembilan to expand its manufacturing activities.
Advancing In-house Manufacturing
Maytech began manufacturing aluminium honeycomb sandwich panels and secured direct projects from end-users, further advancing its technical capabilities.
International Reach & Relocation
The group secured its first international customer in Singapore for cleanroom materials and relocated manufacturing operations to a semi-detached factory in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
Major Project Wins & Factory Completion
The group secured a heavy-duty ceiling system project for a Johor data centre and completed the construction and relocation of its operations to the Mantin Factory.
Product Diversification & New Partnerships
Maytech diversified into manufacturing rockwool sandwich panels, established a shop-office in Johor, and was appointed as an authorised agent for Dawn Modular Floor’s raised floor systems.
