We are proud to announce a key milestone in our corporate journey — the successful Underwriting Ceremony of ICENTS Group Holdings Berhad, in partnership with Alliance Islamic Bank, as we prepare for our Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the ACE Market, targeted for July 2025.

ICENTS, has signed an agreement with Alliance Islamic Bank to underwrite the issuance of new shares allocated to the Malaysian public and eligible persons — a significant step forward as we continue to scale and diversify.
