Tan Siew Hooi holds a Bachelor of Technology Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia, which she obtained in 2007, and a Diploma in Accounting and Cost Accounting from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, obtained in 2008.

She began her career in 2007 with MCQC Technologies Sdn. Bhd. as an Account Officer before assuming various accounting and administrative roles in private companies. Through these positions, she developed broad-based experience in accounting, payroll, human resources and office administration.

She joined the Group in 2020 as an Account Executive and was redesignated as Human Resources and Administrative Manager on 1 March 2024. She currently oversees the Group’s human resources and administrative functions, including the development and administration of human resources plans, policies and procedures, as well as the overall management of the Human Resources department.
