Ts. Ng Wei Lin (“Ts. Ng”) holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Malaya and a Master of Engineering Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia. He is a registered Graduate Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia and a Professional Technologist with the Malaysia Board of Technologists.

He is a member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia and an Associate Member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). He also serves as a co-opted member of the Technical Committee for Gas Equipment and Appliances under the Department of Standards Malaysia, Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry. In addition, he is a Certified Filtration and Separation Specialist and an Ambassador of the Waterloo Filtration Institute, and is also a member of the Technology and Technical Working Group of the Malaysia Board of Technologists.

Ts. Ng has over 15 years of experience in the air filtration industry. He began his career with MayAir Manufacturing (M) Sdn. Bhd., where he held various managerial roles across production, quality, research and development, project management and business development. During his tenure there, he played an instrumental role in establishing a full-range mechanical air filter production plant in Malaysia, setting up the Penang branch, and supporting the expansion of the company’s operations into Vietnam.

He joined the Group on 1 August 2024 as Manufacturing General Manager and currently oversees the Group’s manufacturing operations, including supply chain, production and quality management.
