Our Managing Director, Ir. Ts. Vincent Ong Mum Fei (Vincent), joined fellow industry leaders at the 2nd A.C.E Conference 2026, held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, for a panel discussion titled “High Performance in Practice: What Operational Excellence Really Looks Like Across Asia.”

The session brought together Barry Lau, President of ASHRAE Hong Kong Chapter and Head of Building Services at Swire Properties, and Ts. Adrian Lim, Chief Operations Officer (Projects) at KJTS, alongside Vincent to exchange perspectives on operational excellence across Asia’s built environment.

The conversation highlighted that achieving high performance goes beyond adopting new technology. It is about how technology, engineering expertise and operational practices come together in real-world projects.

The discussion offered valuable perspectives on how the HVAC&R industry can continue to evolve and deliver better-performing built environments across the region.
