On 14 October 2026, iCents Group Holdings Berhad, together with VC Engineering Sdn Bhd and Maytech Clean Room Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, brought the TVET Future Talent & Industry Readiness Programme to life at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam, in collaboration with the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT), ASHRAE and Carbon Next Sdn Bhd.

Organised as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, the programme brought students and industry professionals together for a day of learning, hands-on experiences and meaningful career conversations.

From engaging industry talks and career discussions to hands-on engineering challenges, resume reviews and mock interviews, students had the opportunity to explore real-world industry expectations, develop practical skills and gain valuable insights into future career pathways in engineering and technology.

Beyond the activities, the programme reflected our commitment to bridging academia and industry, empowering young talent, and preparing the next generation of professionals for the evolving world of work.
